Khet Aadhaar Foundation · Section 8 non-profit · CSR partnerships

Bridging corporate capital with verifiable agritech interventions

The Foundation is the dedicated non-profit arm of Khet Aadhaar. Every rupee invested through a CSR partnership builds hard infrastructure, delivers verified skill capital and yields auditable Social Return on Investment (SROI) metrics — no generic philanthropy.

  • Section 8 non-profit · Companies Act, 2013
  • MANAGE incubation backing
  • Schedule VII compliant
  • Form CSR-1 registered

Schedule VII · Companies Act, 2013

Every programme maps to a CSR clause

The Foundation’s interventions are structured to qualify under Schedule VII, so CSR committees can allocate with confidence and report without ambiguity.

Clause (i)

Hunger, poverty & rural malnutrition

Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition; promoting preventive healthcare through nutrition-dense produce.

Clause (ii)

Vocational skills & STEM agritech

Promoting education and employment-enhancing vocational skills in agritech, IoT and soil-less botany.

Clause (iv)

Environmental sustainability

Groundwater preservation, climate resilience, ecological balance and soil/water restoration.

Flagship CSR interventions

Three programmes, one precision-hydroponics platform

Each project starts with a measurable problem, deploys Khet Aadhaar’s automated farming technology, and reports an outcome a CSR committee can audit.

Project A · Smallholder hydro-empowerment

Project “Kisan Samriddhi”

ProblemTopsoil degradation, power deficits and water scarcity driving smallholder farm distress.

SolutionDecentralised, low-energy vertical hydroponic arrays that use 90% less water than open-field farming, with solar backup and rainwater retention.

OutcomeRecurring income from high-value culinary herbs and nursery saplings, with direct market buyback linkages into Khet Aadhaar’s B2B supply corridors.

Project B · NEP-2020 school transformation

Project “Living STEM Labs”

ProblemLack of practical scientific and biotech infrastructure in rural, government-aided and public schools.

SolutionTurnkey on-campus hydroponic science laboratories with a practical 30-hour agripreneurship curriculum aligned to NEP 2020 and Atal Tinkering Lab standards.

Outcome250+ students per school trained in IoT, sensors and soil-less botany; harvested greens supplement student nutrition and midday-meal programmes.

Project C · Microclimate & carbon profiling

Project “Eco-Shield”

ProblemUrban-industrial air pollution and degraded community ground in rural-urban transition corridors.

SolutionAmbient IAQ/OAQ monitoring paired with high-density biophilic restoration, native planting and closed-loop rainwater recycling.

OutcomeCommunity composting, substrate recycling and water-conservation modules with measured air-quality baselines for each site.
