These terms apply to your use of https://www.khetaadhaar.com (the “Site”), operated by Khet Aadhaar Private Limited (“Khet Aadhaar”, “we”, “us”), RL 136, Khet Aadhaar, Milap Nagar, MIDC, Dombivli East, 421203, Maharashtra, India. By using the Site you agree to them. Individual projects, purchases and programmes are governed by the quotation, proposal or agreement issued for them; where those documents differ from these terms, they take precedence.

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and use its contact form for genuine enquiries. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its server, submit false or unlawful content, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

2. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information about hydroponics, soil-less farming and our services. Figures described as “typical” or “industry-wide” (for example water savings or yield per square metre) come from published research and general industry experience; actual results depend on crop, climate, system design and operation. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of a particular yield, saving or return, and it is not agronomic, financial or legal advice for your specific situation.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

A message sent through the Site is an enquiry, not an order. We will normally respond within two working days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 – 19:00 IST). A contract for systems, installation, consulting, training or produce comes into effect only when we issue a written quotation or proposal and you accept it. Prices, lead times, warranties and payment terms are stated in that document.

4. Produce subscriptions — renewal, pause and usage

• Recurring renewal. A subscription box renews automatically each month on your billing date at the price shown at sign-up (inclusive of taxes) until you cancel. We give at least 7 days’ notice before any price change takes effect.
• Pause, skip and cancel. You may pause or skip any delivery cycle free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, and cancel at any time with effect from the next unbilled cycle, from the Khet Aadhaar app or by messaging us. Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Delivery. Boxes are delivered only to serviceable PIN codes shown by the PIN checker; delivery windows and what happens when nobody is home are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Usage. Subscription produce is supplied for personal or household consumption and may not be resold. Assortments vary with harvest and season; where an item is unavailable we substitute a comparable item or credit its value.
• Your account. You are responsible for keeping your delivery address, PIN code and payment details current and for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

The Khet Aadhaar name and logo, the Urban Oasis and Khet Aadhaar Foundation names, our patented designs (including the Khet Ankur agri-bot), and the text, graphics and layout of the Site belong to Khet Aadhaar or its licensors. Photographs credited on the photo credits page are used under their respective licences. You may quote short extracts from the Site with attribution; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to external sites such as social networks or messaging services. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Khet Aadhaar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability under a signed project agreement.

8. Privacy

Personal information you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a project agreement.
