Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we deliver fresh produce, subscription boxes and hydroponic products ordered through https://www.khetaadhaar.com, the Khet Aadhaar app or our sales team.

1. Delivery areas

Produce orders are harvested fresh and delivered within 24 to 48 hours of harvest cycles across our active PIN codes, by our own cold-chain dispatch within Kalyan, Dombivli & Thane. Use the PIN-code checker on the home page or the produce page, or contact us, to confirm your area. Hydroponic systems, growing media and saplings can be shipped across India by surface courier or installed on site by our team.

2. Subscription boxes

• Weekly plans are delivered once a week on your chosen cycle day; bi-weekly plans every alternate week on that day.
• Deliveries are made between 7:00 and 11:00 am so produce reaches you within hours of harvest. If nobody is available, we leave the box with your building security or a designated neighbour as instructed at sign-up.
• You can pause, skip or change a cycle day up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery from the app or by messaging us on WhatsApp.

3. On-demand retail orders

Individual harvests are dispatched in slotted windows: orders confirmed before 12:00 noon are eligible for same-day evening delivery; later orders are delivered the next morning. Slot availability depends on harvest quantity and is shown when you order.

4. Wholesale / HORECA supply

Contract customers receive a daily morning dispatch from our cold-chain hub at the times agreed in their supply contract. Standing orders, quantities and cut-off times are set out in the rate sheet.

5. Packaging and cold chain

Produce is harvested to order, pre-washed where stated, packed in food-grade, recyclable packaging and moved in insulated containers. Please refrigerate greens on receipt; living microgreen punnets should be kept in indirect light and watered lightly.

6. Delivery charges

Subscription prices shown on the Fresh Produce & Subscriptions page include taxes and doorstep delivery within our zones. Charges for on-demand orders, wholesale supply and system shipments outside Thane and Mumbai are shown before you confirm the order or quoted in writing.

7. Delays and missed deliveries

Harvest is weather- and crop-dependent. If a delivery is delayed, short, or cannot be made, we will inform you by phone or WhatsApp and either reschedule, substitute an equivalent item with your consent, or credit or refund the affected item under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
